It’s roasted in the light to medium range and has a mellow comforting aroma with maybe a hint of cinnamon or spice. If only the donut stores, diners, and grocery stores could sell coffee this nice, you wouldn’t need cream or sugar. Sip it cinnamon-brown and enjoy.
Origin Notes: Relative to other growing countries, not as much Bolivian coffee reaches America. Based on that fact alone, this is a pretty rare and special coffee. But, what really makes this coffee special is that it is sourced from a development project (when available) that directly benefits women both in Bolivia and in the United States.
